Thank You For Joining Us to #ReimagineChildCare Advocate, In May and June, ACNJ held three webinars geared at analyzing the current state of child care, and exploring ways to create a more sustainable and healthy sector for babies, providers and families. Your invaluable input helps us in our advocacy work to ensure that each child can have the opportunity to have the safe and affordable care they deserve, while also having a well-supported and knowledgeable staff to care for them. We will be using the information from our webinars to create a report to send to our state legislators to let them know - we need to #ReimagineChildCare! In the meantime, share these recordings with your family and friends so they can learn what it means to have a well-supported system for our children. |

Have you checked out our Kids Count data dashboard lately? KIDS COUNT is a state-by-state effort, funded by the Annie E. Casey Foundation. ACNJ is the New Jersey Kids Count grantee and compiles data from the U.S. Census Bureau, state resources and more in an easy-to-access guide about child well-being for policymakers, advocates, grant-makers and the public. This critical information can help guide legislative decisions for children and families. We will be updating our dashboard on a quarterly basis with the latest public information on the well-being of children. View the most current information on children, and stay tuned for our July 2021 update for data covering: children involved with child protective services, lead testing, birth outcomes and school enrollment. |
