New Jersey's Universal Home Visiting Bill Clears First Hurdle

Every parent of a newborn in New Jersey, including adoptive parents and parents who have experienced a stillbirth, could soon get a free at-home visit from a home visitor, thanks a bill that cleared the Senate’s Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens committee this past Tuesday. The bill must now be approved by the full Legislature and signed by the governor to take effect.

Webinar: Early Childhood COVID-19 Vaccine Priority

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is co-hosting a webinar with the CDC on Friday, March 12th from 1-2p.m. to provide more detail about President Biden's COVID-19 early childhood vaccine priority initiative, the CDC’s Federal Retail Pharmacy program and resources available to help with outreach. During this webinar, stakeholders will have chance to hear more about this effort from ACF and CDC leaders and address any initial questions that you and your partners and constituents might have about this initiative.
